We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising pixels to measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who've visited us. These set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and whether you started a trial) with those providers.
None of this loads until you accept our cookie banner. Analytics and advertising cookies default to "off," and you can decline them and still use the entire site. You can also change your choice later by clearing the site's cookies, and you can opt out industry-wide via your browser settings, Google's Ads Settings, and the Meta ad preferences in your Facebook account. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
If you opt in for a free sample, we'll send that sample plus a few follow-up emails about the Vault. Every one of them has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all marketing email immediately. Transactional emails you can't opt out of while you're a member (your login, billing notices) are separate and only sent as needed to run your membership.
Operating your membership: authentication, billing, sending your credentials and service emails, tax calculation based on your billing location (via Stripe Tax), and fraud/abuse prevention; sending a free sample and follow-ups if you asked for them; and, with your consent, measuring and improving our marketing. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing.
Stripe (payments and tax), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics and ads), and Meta (ads) process data on our behalf or, for the ad platforms, as independent controllers of the pixel data they receive, each under their own terms.
Account records are kept while your membership is active and for up to 7 years afterward as needed for tax and accounting. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@foreclosurewebsitescomparisons.com; we'll delete everything not legally required to retain.
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, email support@foreclosurewebsitescomparisons.com and we respond within 45 days. We do not discriminate against members who exercise privacy rights. Listings in the member portal are compiled from public government records (court dockets, county auction sites, and property appraiser records). Publishing public records is not subject to consumer privacy opt-outs; the service does not provide consumer reports and may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening decisions (see our Disclaimer).
